Shipping Policy
- Complete Address: Ensure that your postal address, including pin code, email, and contact number, is accurate to facilitate timely delivery. Please double-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
- Processing Time: If the item is in stock, we will pack and dispatch it within 3 working days. If some items are out of stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days. We will keep you updated in such cases.
- Delivery Schedule: Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
- Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. We appreciate your patience.
Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
Return and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, NaturelyPure will not accept return or refund requests. However, in the situations below, we are happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
Damaged Product
NaturelyPure must be notified of any damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to naturelypure@gmail.com. The email should include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 outer box image
- 2 clear images of the damaged product
In the case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly resend and replace the damaged product(s) and provide full assistance. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
Missing Product
NaturelyPure must be notified of any missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to naturelypure@gmail.com. The email should include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 outer box image
- 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received
We cannot accept refund requests, but we will promptly resend the missing product. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
Spoiled Product
NaturelyPure must be notified of any spoiled product within 10 days from the delivery date via email to naturelypure@gmail.com. The email should include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture
- Clear images or video of the product
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and handmade, resulting in unique batches. However, we assure no compromise in quality and will work with you to find a fair solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
